The Ingredient List Discrepancy, Explained
Bicar Burn's official website names two different ingredient sets in two different places on the same page — a genuine inconsistency worth understanding before you buy.
Knowing exactly what the discrepancy is, and how we handled it, helps you make a more informed decision.
What the two lists say
Bicar Burn's main product section, under “What's Inside Every Drop,” names six ingredients: Chromium Picolinate (7mcg), Green Tea Leaf Extract, Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf Extract, Coleus Forskohlii Root Extract, Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract and Maca Root Extract.
Further down the same page, in the FAQ section answering “What ingredients are in Bicar Burn?”, the brand instead lists: Green Tea & Guarana, African Mango & Garcinia Cambogia, L-Carnitine, Choline & GABA, and Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate). Only Green Tea and Chromium appear in both lists.
How we handled it
We built this entire site around the main product section's list, since it is more specific (it includes Coleus Forskohlii, Cayenne Pepper, Gymnema and Maca Root by name) and appears in the part of the page where the formula is actually introduced to visitors, rather than in a general FAQ answer.
Why this kind of discrepancy happens
Mismatched content between a page's main sections and its FAQ often points to templated copy that wasn't fully updated when a formula changed, or content reused from a related product. Either way, it is a real transparency gap on the brand's own site, not something we introduced.
